Black Truffle Brie with Fettuccine

Ingredients per entree sized serve

 

Method

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions
  2. Slice Black Truffle Brie into 3 thin wedges. Cheesemongers tip - run the knife under hot water to make cutting easier
  3. Drain pasta, drizzle with olive oil and plate up
  4. Place slices of cheese on top and microwave for 15 seconds per serve to soften the cheese
  5. Enjoy! Makes a great quick and easy entree.
