• Order by 10am Wednesday for delivery during the week (no weekend deliveries). We may close ordering early during high volume/holiday periods.
• Shipping within New Zealand typically ranges from NZ$10 to NZ$40, depending on delivery location and weight. Exact rates are calculated at checkout.
• Orders are dispatched Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. This may vary during weeks with public holidays.
• Please note shipping times vary for locations throughout New Zealand (usually 1-2 days). Contact us if you have any queries regarding delivery to your location.
• Pick up in store options are available at our Putaruru deli.
• Our cheese is shipped in insulated packages with ice to ensure better transit during delivery.
• If your order does not arrive in the expected timeframe, please refer in the first instance to your courier Track and Trace information.
• We send orders via NZ Post. We do not offer international shipping
