Hands-on, 3-4 hour workshops where you’ll learn the best techniques to start your cheese and handle ingredients. Get involved in cutting, stirring curds, hooping, and turning to create your own Halloumi, Camembert or Feta.
Take your delicious cheese home to enjoy either straight away, or in a few days/weeks, depending on the style, following simple instructions on how to finish and store it.
All ingredients are provided. Just bring a small container to take your cheese home, an apron, a pen and plenty of enthusiasm!
