A rindless semi-hard 100% goat’s milk cheese. It has a pale ivory and slightly crumbly body with a delicate aroma. Its taste includes sweet notes and aromatic spices with a lingering finish. Beautifully balanced goat character. This cheese is perfect on a cheeseboard, and melts well so could be used as a garnish on a warm dish.

Our rounds are made in 7kg truckles and packed into 100gram portions.
