Return and Refund Policy
At Over the Moon Dairy we take pride in delivering high-quality, artisan cheese and cheese-related products. Due to the perishable nature of many of our items, our return and refund policy has specific conditions. Please read below for details.
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging including the back label so we can identify the batch number
Please provide a description of the issue and how you would like it resolved. If approved, we can offer a refund, store credit, or replacement.
To help ensure your order arrives safely, please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We’re unable to guarantee deliveries in cases where:
- The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
- Orders are left unattended in locations where they may be exposed to heat or spoilage
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable New Zealand laws. If your product is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
