A Winning Evening!
Our team won big awards last night at the NZ Cheese Awards in Hamilton! We took out the NZ Specialty Cheese Association's Champion of Champions (Mid-sized) Cheesemaker Category with our gorgeous little fresh buffalo cheese, Volcano. It also won the IFF Champion Farmhouse Cheese and Innovative Packaging Best in Class Buffalo Milk Cheese. Quite a bit of hardware to bring home and now in pride of place.
