This lovely celebration cheese is pale white with a firm paste. The slightly sweet flavour has subtle floral characteristics, enhanced by the addition of tart rich red cranberries. Made annually, it rests in our maturing room for up to 9 months. In England it’s traditionally eaten with Christmas cake – sheer indulgence! This cheese is perfect as part of your special Christmas entertaining cheeseboard.
