Rich orange in colour Red Planet is our take on the traditional English Red Leicester cheese. Cheddar like in flavour with a touch more acidity.  The texture is firm but slightly softer and more creamy than its English counterpart.  The colour is derived from the natural colouring annatto. Read more about me.
