Our Brie has extra cream added to make it a soft, rich cheese which melts in the mouth. Made from high quality cow’s milk it has a soft white rind with a firm centre. The paste is smooth with a delicate mushroomy and luscious buttery flavour. It is lovely on a cheese platter or as part of an antipasto plate, and because of its melt-in-the-mouth texture has been one of our most popular cheeses.
Available 150g wedge or 1kg wheels and occasionally in small heart shapes of approximately 160 grams.
