This Brie is truly a unique cheese made with a blend of Goats milk and rich Cows’ cream. It is a soft, rich cheese which melts in the mouth and displays the delicate goats’ milk flavour, balanced and softened by the buttery notes from the cream. Its rind is soft and white and as it matures the texture changes from a firm acidic structure to a sweeter spreadable paste.
