Our blue is made by a unique recipe like no other. It has a creamy body and open texture, with blue veining.
The addition of cream makes a smooth, rich and very creamy consistency. It is a little moist and sticky, with a piquant ‘blue’ taste and a soft finish.
It is made in 3-4kg rounds and sold cut into 130g pieces.
