Buffalo and cow’s milk blend

The Buffalo/Cow blue vein cheese is truly unique. Flavour is moderate yet complex. Firm, and slightly crumbly when young, delicate well balanced blue flavour, slightly earthy very slightly peppery with sweet and slightly salty finish. Its colour is ivory past with deep blue veins. Another really unique blend of milks producing a truly interesting cheese!

Produced in a 3.5kg round and packed in 130g portions.
