My Details

Fresh and a little garlicy, our moist soft cheese has a slightly tart fresh goat’s milk flavour.  It has a clean smooth, creamy paste, and less salt than most other goats’ milk cheeses.  The marinade includes peppercorns, garlic, bay leaves and sundried tomato. Deli item only.
