My Details

A buttery blue with an acidic bite. Made from rich Jersey cow’s milk this cheese has a crumbly to soft texture. It is a little moist and sticky with a piquant blue taste and a soft melt-in-the month finish. Our Jersey Blue is matured for at least 2 months until it becomes soft and mature.

Enjoy on a pre dinner cheeseboard with honey, plain crackers and Riesling.
