My Details

Made from high quality cow’s milk.

Our Camembert is Normandy style, made with a much gentler and more ancient process than other modern Camemberts.  The flavour is slightly mushroomy, and becomes stronger as time passes.  Its texture is voluptuous and creamy, and it has a lively yellowish interior and often with a faint white core which disappears at full maturity.  In the true French style, it has a slightly earthy aroma and taste.  Use as part of a cheese platter or as part of an antipasto plate.
