Tomme is a very special blend of buffalo and goat’s milk, made in a Gouda style. We love blending milks and think this cheese could be a World First! Buffalo milk is excessively rich, and is balanced out here by the lower fat content of the goat’s milk. The taste is light and predominantly of goat milk, the texture creamy, and the paste is firm. An unusual and unique addition to a cheeseboard.
