My Details

Released once a year at 12 months old, this cheese may be another world first from Over the Moon.  Difficult to tell which milk is dominant, it’s a farmhouse semi-hard blend with a long finish.

Its rind is firm and dry, with an ivory-cream coloured body.  It has a nutty aroma and a smooth and creamy mouth feel. Its flavour is sweet and nutty, with a mature tang which will get stronger as the cheese develops.

Available in 100gram portions, or full 3.5kg wheel.
