We make our handcrafted cheeses from locally sourced cow, goat, sheep and buffalo milk.
Our range includes traditional hard cheeses like Cheshire and Romano through to the tantalising family of soft cheeses and blues plus some relatively undiscovered delights like halloumi and washed rind.
We incorporate a delightful range of local ingredients – including 100% New Zealand native flavourings.
