We’re really proud of our new cheese – Burgundy Moon has been on the market less than a month – but has already won a Silver Medal at the New Zealand Cheese Awards this month. We wash this cheese in merlot grape skins throughout the maturing process to create the beautiful burgundy rind. Delicious!
